After your initial session, you'll work collaboratively with your therapist to develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Each session is for 50 minutes, and the frequency of sessions is usually weekly to begin with.

Continued Support & Growth
The therapist will work with you to identify ongoing needs and goals, and sessions will be adjusted accordingly.
